Please note that Amanda is no longer working out of the consult room in McLaren Vale, SA due to relocating to NSW, and is now only seeing South Australian clients via telehealth (video or phone) on Wednesdays and alternate Monday mornings.

Fees

A standard session is between 50 and 60 minutes long (allowing for some administration time).

The following fees are payable at the end of each appointment via Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards and debit cards. Amanda uses Halaxy's online payment and Medicare rebate processing system.

Amanda will only see a portion of her total client load at the reduced concession rate so it will not always be available to new clients.

With a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan clients can claim a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for each session. These rebates are processed after full payment of the fee has been made and are usually deposited into client's accounts within 24 hours. Amanda does not provide bulk billing.

Clients may opt to claim rebates from their private health insurers instead of Medicare (are only able to claim one or the other) and will be provided with a receipt after payment to do this of their own accord.

Amanda also accepts clients under the NDIS who are self or plan managed, veterans with DVA Health Cards (and a GP referral), or those who have come through the BUPA ADF Open Arms service.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will incur a charge of 50% of the applicable fee (please note that Medicare and most other third party payers will not fund this charge so the person themselves will need to cover it).
