Amanda provides psychological treatment to adults (18 years and over) on an individual basis and has experience with the issues and clinical presentations listed below.
Her approach to treatment draws on elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy. Amanda also has previous employment experience within the military and police forces, so she can appreciate the specific challenges people may face working in these services.
